Meet the Presenter

Whitney Jai Thompson is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Whitney has made it her life passion to help “unmute” children as well as adults. Whitney is a native of Bennettsville, SC, where she currently resides. She is a proud graduate of South Carolina State University, where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech Pathology and Audiology (Go Bulldogs!). Whitney currently works Full-time as a school-based SLP. She loves the children that she works with as if they were her own. Whitney Prides herself on creating fun and engaging therapy materials tailored to meet her students’ individual needs. Outside of work, Whitney loves to travel, listen to music, write, and spend time with her family. Whitney truly believes that everyone has something to say; they need the right resources to “unmute” them. Whitney looks forward to “unmuting” children and parents all over through hard work and faith in God.
